Zach Miller
Managing Director
Zach is a Managing Director at Lenteris Advisors, where he originates debt placement opportunities from the Boston office for venture and private equity-backed companies. He joined Capital Advisors Group in 2026 and brings more than a decade of combined advisory and credit experience spanning early- to late-stage technology, healthcare, and consumer businesses.
Prior to joining Capital Advisors Group, Zach was a Senior Vice President at Comerica (now Fifth Third) in its Technology and Life Sciences Group, where he originated, underwrote, and managed loan facilities for sponsor backed companies. Previously, he spent five years at Pacific Western Bank (now Banc of California) as Senior Vice President where he led new loan origination and underwriting efforts for the East Coast Technology Venture Banking team.
Zach began his career at PwC in the Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services practice. He advised on complex corporate finance transactions and specialized in financial instruments engagements including debt and equity capital raises, derivatives and hedging, factoring, and securitizations.
Zach holds a BBA in Accounting from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and is a Certified Public Accountant.
