The Steele Group, Capital Advisors Group, and Browne Consulting are pleased to invite you to the 2nd Annual Biotech Steaks and Clays event to be held Thursday, October 9th. We hope you will join us and your industry peers for an exciting afternoon of sporting clays and socializing, followed by cocktails and dinner at The Bancroft!

This event is invite only and first come, first served. Last year’s gathering quickly hit capacity, so get signed up using the form below!

Directions to Minute Man Sportsman’s Club

When arriving at the Minute Man Sportsman’s Club located at 56R Francis Wyman Rd, Burlington, MA 01803, please park in the main lot and proceed to the clubhouse where registration will begin at 1:00 PM. An event staff member will direct guests to registration.

Directions to The Bancroft

Cocktails and dinner will start at 5:00 PM at The Bancroft located at 15 3rd Ave, Burlington, MA 01803. Please check-in with the hostess or follow the signage for the event.

FAQ

What to Wear

We recommend that you wear comfortable clothing that allows for mobility when shooting. Sneakers or a boot type shoe is recommended. Please watch the video of a similar sporting clays event on this page for examples of activities and attire. Checking the weather forecast prior to attending is recommended.

What to Bring

If you have your own eyewear (sunglasses or clear lenses) and ear protection, please bring them. If you do not have eyewear or ear protection, they will be provided by the club.

What’s Included

Sporting clays at Minute Man Sportsman’s Club includes firearm instruction, shotgun and ammo, golf cart transportation, lunch, beverages, event gift, access to the clubhouse, and socializing with your peers. Please note that a firearms license is NOT REQUIRED to attend this event.

Cocktails and dinner at The Bancroft includes drinks and appetizers, followed by a prix fixe dinner of your choice. Please inform your server of any dietary restrictions or allergies.

Safety

The safety of all guests is paramount and it is expected that all guests follow club rules which can be found here. Additionally, all guests will be required to sign a club waiver when they arrive at registration, and a copy of that waiver can be found here.
