Brooke Soly is a Director at Capital Advisors Group, where she supports the firm’s business development and relationship management initiatives in the Northeast. She joined the firm in 2025, bringing more than seven years of experience in commercial banking and venture debt, with expertise in financing early and growth-stage life sciences companies.

Prior to joining Capital Advisors Group, Brooke held Vice President roles at J.P. Morgan and Silicon Valley Bank, where she led the underwriting and execution of debt transactions across the life sciences and healthcare sectors.

Brooke holds FINRA Series 63, 79, and SIE licenses, and earned her bachelor’s degree from Babson College.
